· Shop sets pricing based on brand and style prices on internet. Usually equal to or slightly lower.
We only accept clean, higher-end brands without any stains or damage.

Items are discounted every two weeks by 20% to increase likelihood of sale.
There are four, two-week periods of discounting.

At any time, you may pick up unsold items, and we may ask at any time for you to do so.

Login to your consignor website to track your items. Items not sold after two-months are rolled into our inventory for sale or donation to local charities.

Consignor checks for the prior month are cut around the 10th of each month. Consignors have two months to pick up their checks. If not picked up the amounts become store credits.

All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. Please allow for up to 48 hours to prepare shipments.
Orders are shipped using the selected method you as the customer chooses during checkout. Once location is entered, shipping fee is calculated.
For local orders we offer an in-store pick up option!
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier. We will provide a tracking number for all shipments.
